Flight to Budapest, transfer to the hotel. A suggested evening Danube cruise with views of the illuminated buildings.
Budapest — city tour
Heroes' Square, the Opera, St Stephen's Basilica, the Chain Bridge and the Fisherman's Bastion with panoramic views. Free time.

An excursion to the artists' village of Szentendre and to Visegrád with its medieval castle. A suggested traditional dinner with gypsy violins.

A free day for sightseeing and shopping. Optional excursion to Dresden (the Semperoper, the Zwinger, the Frauenkirche).

A visit to the spa town of Karlovy Vary with its thermal springs and the promenade beside the River Teplá. Transfer to the airport and return flight.
