These terms govern the use of the website royalty-escapes.com. By browsing it you accept them in full. The terms of participation in an organised trip are separate and set out in the Package Travel Contract.

Trip descriptions, itineraries, availability and prices are published in good faith and are indicative until a booking is confirmed in writing. Prices depend on availability, the number of participants, taxes and fuel surcharges, and may change until the booking is finalised. Photographs are indicative of the destination.

3. Intellectual property

The trade name, logo, texts, photographs, graphics and source code of this website are protected intellectual property of the company or of its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, republication or any commercial exploitation without prior written permission is prohibited. Reasonable personal, non-commercial use of the content is permitted, provided the source is credited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website in a way that damages, overloads or impairs its operation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data or the management area;
• submit false, third-party or unlawful data through the contact form;
• use automated means (scraping, bots) to mass-collect content.

The website is provided "as is". We make every effort to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law, in particular consumer protection law.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Athens, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect consumers in their place of residence. If a term is found invalid, the remaining terms stay in force.

10. Changes

We may amend these terms; the version in force is always the one published here.
