Flight to Madrid and a panoramic introduction: Plaza Castilla, the Las Ventas bullring, Retiro Park. Check-in and an evening stroll through the historic centre — Barrio de las Letras, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel.

Madrid — Prado Museum
A guided tour with an official guide of the Prado Museum, with works of the Spanish and Venetian schools. Free time. Optional excursion to medieval Segovia.

An excursion to the old capital: the Cathedral with paintings by El Greco, the church of Santo Tomé with the ‘Burial of the Count of Orgaz’ and the art of Damascene metalwork. Return and free time.

Crossing La Mancha and arriving in Granada. A visit to the Alhambra, a 14th-century masterpiece of Islamic architecture, and the Generalife gardens. Optional: a Zambra Mora show.

A tour of Granada and departure for Málaga — the historic centre, the Alcazaba, the Roman theatre, Picasso's birthplace. Afternoon arrival in Seville.

A tour: María Luisa Park, Plaza de España, the Santa Cruz Jewish quarter, the Alcázar and the Cathedral with the Giralda (Columbus' tomb). Optional: Flamenco.
