Itinerary
Athens / Thessaloniki – Amman – Petra
We fly to Amman, the Arab capital with a modern face. On arrival we transfer straight on by road to enchanting Petra.
Petra – Wadi Rum
A visit to the capital of the ancient Nabataeans. Petra, the lost city carved entirely by hand into rose-red rock, reveals itself at the end of the narrow Siq gorge. In the afternoon we leave for the Wadi Rum desert.

Wadi Rum – Madaba – Mount Nebo – the Dead Sea
We head to Madaba, the city of the most famous Byzantine mosaics, to see the largest and most important mosaic map of the Holy Land. We continue to Mount Nebo and end at the Dead Sea.

The Dead Sea – Amman & Jerash
A few morning hours to swim and feel the healing properties of the Dead Sea. We then leave for the capital, with guided visits to the Citadel, the Roman Theatre and the Archaeological Museum, as well as Roman Jerash.

After breakfast we transfer to Amman airport for the return flight.
